APPOINTMENT POLICY

Keeping each of these scheduled appointments is the least expensive way to assure optimum dental health. 

  We ask:

Plan your appointments at times that you can reasonably expect to keep them.

Because our professional team blocks out a specific time period to meet with you, it is important that you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If an emergency does arise, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that the valuable appointment time may be given to another patient in need of our services.  This will assist us in avoiding unnecessary increases in dental fees due to the additional overhead costs of unappointed times and keep our service at a high level for all of our patients.

To protect the investment you are making in your oral health, we will schedule periodic examination and necessary cleaning appointments according to your needs.  

We make courtesy calls to our patients to confirm their appointments
